The first step would be making the initial interaction with the Client most likely via a phone call in response to their electronic or phone inquiry. During this call the Client would explain the reason for their inquiry and type of patio they are looking to install or replace.

How long does it take to have a paver patio installed?
Paver Patios can be installed at a quick pace, depending on the terrain, location, and material. For an average sized patio, our Team can be in and out in less than 2 weeks, on average. However, for larger patio areas, we may be on site for upwards of 30 days. Our Design Team can give you a more specific time frame when we check out the details of your project. We always keep deadlines in mind as well!
What is the cost of a paver patio?

Are there any special permits required to have a paver patio built?
Each township is different in what they require, but our Team has managed permitting with the majority of townships in the Greater Pittsburgh area. We take care of this for you from start to finish, so you don’t have to worry about the headache of trying to figure out what you need.
